The Roadmap is a dedicated page within the Wix Help Center that highlights Feature Requests across all Wix products.

Each Feature Request article describes a functionality that Wix users have asked for, but that is not yet supported.

The design consists of two main components:

• User-facing interface – accessible to all Wix users for browsing and voting on requests.

• Back-office interface – integrated into the Wix Answers system, allowing internal teams to manage, prioritize, and track the requests.

Feedback similarities feature//

We Created a mechanism that runs over all of the existing feature requests in the Wix Product Roadmap on user FR form submission and shows them to the user in case there's a similar article. Users can send their ideas or follow a similar suggestion feature.

Backoffice//

On the Answers system side, the product manager can manage their list of feature requests. They can add features they plan to work on, change the status of products, add labels, view votes and followers, filter the feature list, and more.
