Vibe apps were private by default. I designed the Public Apps feature, a complete publishing flow that lets users take their app from draft to public in a few clicks, with granular control over access.

The flow includes a publish confirmation step, an app permissions panel with access options (members only or anyone with the link), optional password protection, and a clean onboarding modal to introduce the feature to new users.

Every state was considered: the moment of going public, the permissions panel, the password gate for viewers, and the discoverability nudges built into the product.
