Wix Answers is an in-house platform developed and designed at Wix, enabling our experts to provide customer support to all Wix users.

Users communicate with our support team via tickets, each representing a question, request, or issue.

The interface is divided into several key areas:

• Left panel: Contains folders for all Wix products and custom views saved by agents.

• Ticket list: Shows both active and inactive tickets.

• Center panel: The main conversation thread, displaying all interactions between the agent and the user – including text, voice notes, and more.

• Right panel: Provides detailed customer information and context.
