Before this feature, article feedback was scattered across Slack, emails, or spreadsheets — leading to lost discussions, unclear ownership, and slower publishing cycles. Teams needed a way to collaborate inside the editor itself rather than in external tools.

The Comments feature solved this by enabling users to leave feedback, suggestions, or questions directly on the content they were working on. Team members can mention colleagues, reply in threads, and resolve comments once addressed. A dedicated right-side panel gathers all comments in one place, making it easy to track, filter, and navigate. Together, inline notes and the panel created a structured, transparent review process.
